იაპონია კვლავ გვეხმარება
როგორც იაპონიის საელჩოდან საქინფორმისთვის გამოგზავნილ განცხადებაშია აღნიშნული,
ცერემონიას დაესწრება იაპონიის საგანგებო და სრულუფლებიანი ელჩი საქართველოში, მისი აღმატებულება, ბატონი მასაიოში კამოჰარა. მონაწილებას მიიღებენ რეგიონული მთავრობის, აღმასრულებელი და საკანონმდებლო ხელისუფლებისა და პარტნიორი ორგანიზაციების წარმომადგენლები.
ზემოხსენებული პროექტის საგრანტო კონტრაქტს ხელი მოეწერა 2010 წლის 15 სექტემბერს იაპონიის საელჩოსა და ქ. ფოთის სკოლამდელი აღზრდის ასოციაციის მიერ. პროექტის მიზანია ქ. ფოთის #3 საბავშვო ბაღის რეაბილიტაცია. პირდაპირ სამიზნე ჯგუფს წარმოადგენს 100 ბავშვი, პროექტის ბიუჯეტი კი 91,001 აშშ დოლარია.
შეგახსენებთ, „გრასრუტებისა და ადამიანთა უსაფრთხოების საგრანტო დახმარების პროგრამა“ გამოეყოფა შედარებით მცირემასშტაბიან პროექტებს, რომლებიც წარმოდგენილია მუნიციპალიტეტების, სამედიცინო დაწესებულებების, სასწავლო დაწესებულებებისა და არასამთავრობო სექტორის მიერ და რომელთა პირდაპირი მიზანიც საქართველოს ხელმოკლე მოსახლეობის ცხოვრების სტანდარტების გაუმჯობესებაა. 1998 წლიდან დაფინანსებულია 106 პროექტი, ხოლო მათი საერთო ღირებულება შეადგენს 8,631,344 აშშ დოლარს.
Opening Ceremony of the Project for Rehabilitation of Poti Kindergarten No3 within the Framework of “Grassroots and Human Security Grant Assistance Programme” provided by the Government of Japan
At 12:00 p.m., on July 21, 2011, the Opening Ceremony will be held in Poti city concerning the Project for Rehabilitation of Poti Kindergarten No3, which has been implemented within the framework of “Grassroots and Human Security Grant Assistance Programme” of the Government of Japan. The Ceremony will be attended by H.E. Mr. Masayoshi KAMOHARA, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Georgia, representatives of local authority and members of related organizations.
The Grant Contract of the above-mentioned project was concluded on September 15, 2010 between the Embassy of Japan and local NGO Self-Governed Poti Pre-School Educational Association. The aim of the project is to improve educational environment of Poti Kindergarten No3 by rehabilitating the building of Kindergarten. It is expected that about 100 children would directly benefit from the said project. The budget scale of this project is 92,001 USD.
The “Grant Assistance for Grassroots and Human Security Projects” (GGP) provides assistance to relatively small projects implemented by municipalities, medical institutions, as well as NGOs and aims at improving the living standards of Georgian people. It applies to projects in the field of public health, education, social protection, environment and poverty reduction. Since 1998, one hundred and six GGP projects have been implemented in Georgia totaling 8,631,344 USD. The size of Japan’s Official Development Assistance to Georgia has reached over 362 million USD, covering a wide spectrum of areas such as improvement of economic infrastructure, agricultural and social sectors, culture and human resource development.
